8. Consultancy

We have deliberately chosen to promote accountancy products that have little, (or no) need for a support contract. Where software products have been well designed, then their usage is largely intuitive.

Nevertheless, some people find accounting and business demands daunting.
 

It is for these people we offer an annual contract for up to three hours support, either "on site" in the Greater Adelaide Metropolitan Area, OR by telephone. In this case it is necessary to book a time when computers with the relevant software pre-loaded can be addressed at both ends of the telephone "hookup".
 

Upon clearance of your payment you will be able to download an Engagement Letter. This will form the basis of our contract with you. You are requested to sign and return it.
