I thought I would drop you a line to compliment you on the Moneyworks software.
As you know we implemented the package back in April 2005. It amazes me that the only support we required in implementing and support since, was your assistance in creating a custom picking slip for us.
We were able to handle the conversion, set-up and ongoing operation simply by studying the manual.
As you know we handle some 1500 clients, 500 product lines and also contract out services as well, so we use most of the functionality available in the application.
The value of the program increases on a daily basis for us, as we build up transaction history and utilise the comprehensive reporting capability.
In short we are very happy we chose Moneyworks over other products.

Dear Peter Thank you so much for your support in our recent accounting problems. I must admit I was very skeptical when you suggested we would be better to change from MYOB to MoneyWorks, especially as everyone seems to use MYOB, and we had used it for so long (17 years for 3 company's books). However the experiences of the past few days have proved you right --we did experience difficulty in obtaining consistent reports from the MYOB data files. That may in part be due to the need to close their files periodically at roll-over. MoneyWorks is easy to follow and is powerful in its concept and application, allowing in depth control over all transactions. I would recommend MoneyWorks to small business users in particular, as the posting of entries is simple and easy to follow. If MYOB is the darkness, MoneyWorks is the light! This is software that works from a company that cares. When trialling their demo version I found something that could have been improved. Not only did they respond promptly to my suggestion, but they actually wrote and posted a software update before the boxed version arrived at my doorstep. Remarkable.
