If you choose many other brands of accounting software, the annual costs may well be two to three times your original investment. This will include:- - purchase price
- annual support charge (after the first year)
- the need for certified consultants help
- and your own staff's time waiting for printouts such as invoices and reports.
Where software products have been well designed, then their usage is largely intuitive.

- provide on-site training and support;
- design specialised MoneyWorks® reports;
- design stationery (invoices, statements, mail-merge letters);
- provide extensions to MoneyWorks® (e.g. in Excel, VB, etc).
- help in the selection of the most appropriate add-ons (if needed).
