Payfiles™ can be as simple as you like, or as complex as you need. You select the features you want, and if you don't want them, you won't see them. There are no codes to learn, and there is full on-line help available. If pays do not vary, preparing your pay each time, and fully reporting on it is as easy as clicking buttons. If your payroll is more complex, Payfiles™ offers: Unlimited additions and deductions (including superannuation funds), unlimited pay rates per pay, leave management, a costing system (including split costing of time), awards, user-changeable tax tables, organisation charts, employee correspondence, fringe benefits tax, time in lieu, general ledger interface, split pays to multiple bank accounts, a wide range of reports (including audit reports) and the ability to reprint reports from previous pays. Payfiles™ also offers external open-source files for reporting and importing. These give you the ability, using the popular FileMaker® program, to completely customise your front-end and back-end, without risking the integrity of your system. When you do, the only limit to the power of Payfiles™ will be your imagination. You can design the system that works the way you want to work, or you can use Payfiles™ as it is. The choice is yours. Payfiles™ links automatically to the MoneyWorks® accounting package. Payfiles™ is supplied for an initial cost, plus an annual renewal fee per employee.
